If you need to change your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. If it has been more than 2 hours that your order has been placed, your order may already have been shipped out. You can still email us with a request and we will do our best to accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee a change can be executed.
We do not offer refunds on items that arrive late.
We do not offer returns and refunds on all dog pajama items/sets but we offer a size exchange. For more information on size exchanges, please contact customer service.
We do not offer any pre-paid shipping labels at the moment for any returns or refunds.
Once an order is shipped out, we cannot change the address, cancel it, or change it's contents.
If your item is damaged, please contact us.
Any item where the tracker/tracking number marks that it is delivered cannot be refunded if "not received". For any delivery inquiries concerning this, please contact the shipping company directly (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post etc)
However, in approved cases, we are able to resend orders to a new address if the appropriate carrier (missing packages) claim number is forwarded to a customer care representative.
Not all items are eligible for returns or refunds, upon contacting us we will determine if the order is eligible.
Some orders can take 15-30 days depending on where they are shipping to - we are currently working on reducing that time frame! Some of our items do ship from China if they are out of stock in our US warehouse.
The Crop Stop is under no legal liability to ensure that a product reaches its customer, after a product is shipped out, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver. However, if you do have an issue with a delivery please contact us and we can see what we can do!
